• Home Run Dog Walking (HR) will provide care to the best of our ability as determined with the client during consultation and per the information the client enters in their online profile. Our goal is safe and happy pet(s).

• HR is not liable for the loss, injury, or illness of any pet(s) who have unsupervised access to the outdoors or for any indoor or outdoor damage done to the property by said pet(s) during the duration of the service.

• Client shall disclose all pertinent information about the pet(s) applicable to the care of said pet(s). For example: past aggressive behaviors or fears, illness or injury, vaccinations, known allergies, unusual behaviors, digging in yard, hiding places, and history of escaping or running away. Client accepts liability for additional costs resulting from failure to disclose this information. HR cannot accept any contract to service aggressive, dangerous, or unapproachable animals. Client is responsible for any injury caused by pet(s) to HR personnel or others.

• In the best interest for the safety of the client's pet(s), HR reserves the right to determine the best use of visits in cases of inclement weather or civic emergencies. Such weather can be, but is not limited to: extreme heat, extreme cold, thunderstorms, tornados, hurricanes, flooding, or any other weather conditions that may not be safe for the pet(s) or HR employee. This may include changing the time or duration of the visit or canceling the visit. In these extreme situations the client will be contacted. Safety is our first concern.

• Every effort will be made to visit during the requested times for the comfort and safety of your pet(s), but this cannot be guaranteed. HR reserves the right to alter the time or duration of the visit. HR will notify the client at time of scheduled service of any changes. Any day of changes will be discussed with the client. Business hours and visits shall be 7:00 am to 8:30 pm unless otherwise arranged.

• HR strongly recommends the client has a neighbor or someone local with access to their home in case HR is unable to access the house due to unforeseen circumstances.

• It is the client’s sole responsibility to accurately and fully update the Client Profile and Pet Profile information online. Our online scheduling system is available at www.homerundogwalking.com through the client login portal. HR will perform visits as confirmed on the client calendar, per the instructions as entered in the client/pet profile. Client is responsible for updating any changes as they occur.

• All services will be billed at the end of each month. All payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Emailed invoice has link to pay online if autopay has not been set up. A late fee of $25 will be applied to any invoices not paid within 10 days of invoice date.

• Client will provide 2 working/tested keys at time of consultation, unless otherwise arranged. HR will keep keys on file in a secure location. HR reserves the right to create copies as needed.

• Cancellations and changes to the scheduled visits should be communicated with as much notice as possible. We have reserved our time especially for you and your pets. Any last-minute cancellation with less than one (1) hour notice will still be billed and charged to the client's account.

• In case of medical emergency, client authorizes HR to take pet(s) to authorized medical personnel. HR will make every attempt to contact the client for medical service approval. Client authorizes HR to have services performed and client will pay all charges.

• For the safety of pets and sitters, dogs will only be walked during daylight hours. HR personnel reserves the right to make judgements about walks scheduled during extreme weather or other adverse conditions the sitter deems that could put the dog or sitter in danger.

• Client gives permission to use photos/videos taken of pets during services for social media and promotional purposes. No personal or identifying information will be shared beyond pet’s name.
